At Giftlax, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure every corporate gift you order is delivered with the highest standards of quality, packaging, and care. However, if you face any issues with your order, please review our Refund and Return Policy below.

1. Eligibility for Return

Due to the personalized and custom nature of our gifting products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item was damaged during delivery

  • You received an incorrect item

  • The product was defective or incomplete

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Personalized or customized items (unless damaged or incorrect)

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Minor variations in color, size, or packaging due to handmade or batch-based products

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at support@giftlax.com

  2. Provide order number, reason for return, and photo evidence (if applicable)

  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days

  4. If approved, you will be given return instructions

Please ensure returned items are unused and in original packaging.

3. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will:

  • Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method only

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you received the wrong or damaged product, we will either refund or replace it — based on product availability.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, unless they have already entered production or shipping.
